Lori Knudson
Lori serves as Director of Architecture at Cre8tive Architects, part of the Inspired Healthcare Capital family of companies.
Prior to joining Cre8tive Architects, Lori worked at
architectural firms in Minnesota, North Dakota and
Arizona on a variety of projects located across the country, including education, healthcare, hospitality, office, religious, retail, senior living and sports. She brings over 18 years of experience through all stages of a project from entitlement through construction completion. Lori is dedicated to serving clients and partnering with them to deliver projects that meet their expectations and vision. She is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds NCARB and LEED AP BD+C certifications.
Lori currently resides in Phoenix, AZ and enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, painting and photography. She graduated from North Dakota State University with Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Bachelor of Science in Fine Art degrees.
Director of Acquisitions
Jason Muth
Jason currently serves as Director of Acquisitions for Inspired Healthcare Capital. Jason is responsible for business development, identifying viable senior housing acquisition opportunities, and underwriting investment opportunities.

Jason has specialized in senior housing since 2006. Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Jason served as Project Manager at Bonaventure Senior Living where he was responsible for sourcing and closing on land opportunities within viable markets for the development of future communities. In this position, Jason performed the necessary due diligence, proforma, market study, and competitor analysis to determine profitability, risks, and hurdles to overcome in order to ensure optimal site locations and successful investments.
In addition, Jason held the position of Vice President Acquisitions & Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Sunwest Management. While with Sunwest, the company had built itself into the nation’s 4th largest senior living owner/operator and grew its senior housing portfolio to include over 280 independent living and assisted living facilities across 38 states.
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Calida Taylor
Calida is the General Counsel of Inspired Healthcare Capital. She is responsible for overseeing Inspired Healthcare Capital’s legal and corporate governance functions and providing transactional, operational, and strategic support to the company and its subsidiaries.

Calida has over 12 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and private companies, including private equity sponsors, on a variety of transactional matters across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Calida worked in private practice at law firms based in Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA, where she primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Calida holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. In her free time, Calida enjoys spending time with her family, discovering old music that is new to her ears, consuming Marvel content, and deep-diving into NBA team-building strategy.

Our team has over 100 years of combined experience in senior housing, healthcare and real estate, and have acquired, developed and financed over $1.5 billion in healthcare transactions
Luke has over 20 years of experience as a finance and real estate professional with a focus in acquisition, financing, valuation and analysis of healthcare real estate assets. Prior to his role at Inspired Healthcare Capital, Luke was a Vice President of Capital Markets at Transwestern where he was a healthcare consultant to private equity funds, REITs, operators and developers. Preceding Transwestern, Luke served as Acquisitions Manager at Healthcare Trust of America REIT (HTA), a publicly traded REIT. While working in the REIT industry, Luke sourced and closed over $700 million in acquisitions, where he was responsible for building Argus models, underwriting acquisition opportunities and managing the due diligence process.
Prior to HTA, Luke earned his appraisal license as a valuation manager at CB Richard Ellis, providing valuation and advisory services for existing and proposed commercial properties including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, hotels and special-use projects. Additionally, Luke achieved his CPA designation during his tenure at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he was early promoted to a manager within the firm’s Real Estate Advisory Group. Luke began his career at Raymond James as a financial analyst, where he attained his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Luke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with honors.

Luke Lee currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Inspired Healthcare Capital. As CEO, Luke is responsible for the strategic growth and vision of the fund, and establishing operational priorities and providing leadership that will promote effective overall management of the fund.

Patrick Lam
Patrick is the President of Capital Markets and National Sales Manager of the distribution team at Inspired Healthcare Capital.
Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Patrick held similar roles at Griffin Capital, MetLife Investors, AIG SunAmerica and Nationwide Annuities. Patrick has raised over $1.2 billion during his 16+ year career in capital markets. Patrick brings to the team a wealth of experience in fundraising and fund structuring.
Patrick and his family live in San Mateo, California. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science of Economics.

Sheryl Klein
Sheryl Klein is a senior living operations professional
who has dedicated more than 20 years of her career to
resident services management, programming, budgeting,
training, and compliance across the continuum of
care. As Senior Vice President for Inspired Healthcare
Capital, Sheryl oversees the daily operations of all independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities managed by the company.
Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Sheryl served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Lloyd Jones, where she laid the foundation of ownerships vision in creating a operating company. Sheryl built the operating team and took the Senior Housing portfolio from 55 plus Multifamily to full spectrum of Senior Living communities from the first two properties purchased on January 31.2022 to 15 communities. In addition to the 15 communities, Sheryl and her team supported third party management of a new construction project and a major hotel conversion. Prior to serving as Senior Vice President for Lloyd Jones, Sheryl served as Vice President of Operations for Somerby Senior Living, where she oversaw multiple senior living communities across six states. There, she was responsible for improving occupancy, reducing expenses, and introducing new programming into the communities. Prior, Sheryl served more than six years at Elmcroft Senior Living, where she first joined as an Executive Director, and, later, was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for the Tennessee region. Earlier in her career, Sheryl held progressive roles within the senior housing operations industry, from Residential Program Coordinator to Director of Staff Development and Quality Assurance Director to Director of Residential Services and Manager of Home Support Services for senior living communities, throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
Sheryl holds degree’s in psychology and nursing. Additionally, she is a licensed administrator in multiple states and holds a compact nursing license and is a certified care specialist in Alzheimer’s disease from the Alzheimer’s Association of America. She holds additional certificates in various geriatric nursing specializations.

Director of Construction
Rick Rohde
Rick currently serves as Director of Construction for Inspired Healthcare Capital. Rick is responsible for overseeing construction projects along with executing the firm’s construction strategy.
Rick has been active in the Phoenix construction
industry for over 35 years and has held leadership roles at LMC, Fairfield Development, BCI Construction and Southwest Community Developers. Rick has managed the construction of 4,000 single homes, a dozen Assisted Health Care Facilities and over 6,500 multifamily units, totaling approximately $1,500,000,000 in construction revenue. He has held Contractors Licenses in California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and currently has a KB-1 License in Arizona. In his role of Director of Construction for Shelter Asset Management he oversees all construction activities including staffing, construction office and field staff management, bidding, contract negotiations, budget reporting, equity partner and city construction management relations.

Mike Jones
Director of Investments
Mike serves as Director of Investments for Inspired Healthcare Capital. Mike is responsible for underwriting senior housing investment opportunities.

Mike brings over 10 years of experience specializing in
the financing of Seniors Housing Real Estate. Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Mike was the lead underwriter for Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Seniors Housing and Healthcare bridge lending program. Prior to joining Hunt, Mike was an underwriter for Red Capital Group’s balance sheet lending program. At both Hunt and Red, Mike worked with sales teams and senior credit officers underwriting seniors housing real estate collateral, structuring transactions, providing market analysis, and preparing and presenting credit memos for approval of 1st Mortgage Bridge to Agency, Mezzanine, and Construction loans. Prior to specializing in Seniors Housing Real Estate, Mike had a 10 plus year career in commercial banking. During that time, he was responsible for maintaining the credit quality of a $50 million+ small business loan portfolio. He has underwritten various commercial loan types including traditional C&I loans, guidance lines of credit for real estate investors, structured senior secured loans to commercial finance companies, and seniors housing and multi-family real estate bridge loans.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Phoenix. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his four children.

Andy Diebold
Andy serves as the Director of Acquisitions at Inspired
Healthcare Capital. Andy is responsible for sourcing,
negotiating, underwriting and conducting due diligence
on senior housing investment opportunities.
Andy has over 20 years of experience growing
Fortune 500, S&P 500 and private equity backed healthcare and healthcare real estate companies. Andy has completed over $1.5 billion in acquisitions, dispositions, development and restructurings within the senior housing, skilled nursing, hospital, medical office, home health and hospice sectors.
At Healthcare Trust REIT, Andy managed over $400 million in senior housing and medical real estate, in addition to evaluating opportunities for investment. At Ventas REIT, Andy managed over $3 billion in national and international seniors housing and medical real estate, while also helping Ventas lease up over 100 post-acute facilities and deploy over $80 million in redevelopment funding. At Kindred Healthcare, Andy sourced, underwrote, negotiated and integrated acquisitions, divestitures, redevelopment, de-novo development, joint ventures and lease renewals. Andy has additional experience in buy-side investing for private equity backed healthcare technology and healthcare real estate companies. Andy began his career in banking, where he co-managed $6 billion in short term fixed income investments, and conducted economic and credit research.
Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Scott Laten
Scott currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development for Inspired Healthcare Capital.
Scott grew up in Orange County California. Scott has
been acquiring and developing real estate in California,
Arizona, Nevada and Texas for over 37 years. In 2002,
Scott co-founded RED Group and Suntereo Companies to lead and focus his interest on the development of senior housing. Scott has developed over 3,200 multifamily units and 2,100 senior living units, totaling an unadjusted cost basis of over $1 billion.
Scott has a Degree in Business Administration Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. In addition, Scott holds a professional designation Light Construction and Development Manager (LCDM) and University of California Irvine and Master Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation.
Scott is a proud husband and father to three children. He shares with his family a passion for travel. In his down time, he can be found, flying, skiing, diving or sailing.

Carrie Todd
Director of Human Resources
Carrie Todd is the Director of Human Resources at
Inspired Healthcare Capital.
Prior to joining Inspired Healthcare Capital, Carrie
worked in Human Resources for 20+ years in real
estate, development, and senior living industries. She most recently served as the Senior Area Director of Human Resources at Eclipse Senior Living for over 6 years where she was responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, programs and procedures, and advised management and employees on matters relating to human resources. Carrie was also responsible for managing recruiting, hiring and retention efforts within her former position. In her early career, she built full-service HR Departments comprised of operations, systems, and programs for multi-entity and multi-state organizations. Carrie is also and active member of several Human Resources and Senior Living professional organizations.
Carrie currently resides in San Diego. CA with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, water sports, and traveling.
